Refund Policy

At V Body & Beauty Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All service bookings, packages, and product purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

 

2. Services

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed.

  • Results from body contouring and beauty treatments vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can address your concerns. Adjustments or additional sessions may be recommended at an additional cost.

 

3. Service Packages

  • All service packages (including multi-session treatments) must be paid in full.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused sessions will not be refunded.

 

4. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel within the required timeframe (as stated in our Terms & Conditions), your deposit may be applied toward a future appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

 

5. Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos). We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

 

6. Shipping Issues

  • V Body & Beauty Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

 

7. Chargebacks

  • By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and being banned from future services.

 

8. Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of V Body & Beauty Spa management.
